Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach, a DoubleTree by Hilton is expanding their team!

We're next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. It's a four-mile drive to the cruise terminals at Port Everglades. We offer several aquatic adventures including sightseeing cruises, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving. Explore the Jungle Queen steamboat and lounge by our rooftop pool.

A Pool Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 5, 6.5 hour shifts per week. Start time is 2:00PM.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel pool attendant and is passionate about serving others.

What will I be doing?

As a Pool Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assist guests their needs related to the pool area. Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of general pool area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves.
• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, pool area, fitness center
• Responsible for monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property
