• Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality - lead time


• Organizes the training needs of teams


• Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports


• Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being


• Ensures safety focused attitude by all employees


• Has ownership of group performance goals and objectives

• Bachelor's Degree


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems


• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles


• Required 2 plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
