Job Description:
Duties and Tasks:

- Assist with the coordination, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Health Promotion program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to individual wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, and health fairs.
- Proficient when performing assessments such as, finger sticks, blood pressure screenings and biometric measurements, height, weight, BMI/body composition.
- Educate participants to enhance their health awareness on how to make positive lifestyle modification.
- Maintain current knowledge of health promotion topics to keep the health education program materiel current.
- Coordinate and/or ensure that supplies, equipment, files are maintained in properly secured storage per regulated guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
- Support Mobile worksite events as applicable.
