This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets . This includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, mini bar and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

  • Provides department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.
  • Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
  • May assist in servicing clients.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations within Food and Beverage
  • Processing Payroll and tips according to state, federal and local laws
  • Processing Opening/Closing financial reports from each outlet
  • Scheduling team members according to forecasts
  • Working with outlet management to solve any discrepancies
