Position Summary
The Business Finance Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Central FP&A team that oversees Support Function Costs (SFC) for North America Operations
This role encompasses reporting, forecasting, performance tracking, supporting strategic decisions, and partnering with Finance Analysts and Controllers
Success in this role will require understanding the Support Function Costs key drivers, establishing strong relationships with the Finance community, and driving improvements in reporting and central FP&A processes
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform analysis of North America Operations Support Function Cost results, generate reporting to highlight key variances, and communicate findings to Finance leadership
Drive Rolling Forecast processes of Support Function Cost, prepare templates and consolidations, analyze forecast submissions, and track performance against budget
Lead investments and cost savings tracking, and provide support within Investment Committee processes, including investment requests consolidation, ROI analysis, and efficiency targets
Collaborate with Finance Analysts and Controllers to ensure understanding of financial results, accurate reporting, and compliance with forecasting processes of Support Function Costs by Business Unit
Manage Support Function Cost reporting in corporate tools and assist in annual processes, such as restatements, budget setting, allocations, and cost centers hierarchy changes
Ownership of Support Function Cost Tableau reporting, including collaboration with digital teams in automating and standardizing manual reports
Lead and contribute to transversal initiatives, support the team in ad hoc requests resolution, and drive processes and reporting improvements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
At least 3+ years of related financial experience
Advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau)
Skills & Abilities
Strong financial and analytical skills with proven business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
Self-starter comfortable working independently and with limited direction
Process improvement and problem-solver mentality
Preferences
Advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, SAP, SQL)
At least 5+ years of related financial experience, preferably in FP&A
