Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop a technology plan that supports the bank’s strategic plan. The CTO will lead our technological initiatives, shape our technological vision, and drive the execution of our technology strategies. The CTO will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, for defining and executing HTB’s technological vision and strategy, collaborating closely with business operations, marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technology infrastructure, systems, and processes support our business objectives and enable us to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
