ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be joining a dynamic training team that is forward-thinking and passionate about delivering the best-in-class training experience. You will work closely with the Director of Training and our sales teams to facilitate our new-hire sales training. You will conduct research to identify skill gaps and prepare learning materials. You will be responsible for ensuring all new hires are fully trained on Trinity’s processes and procedures to be successful in their job.

COMPENSATION


  • $50,000 - $60,000 salary (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Aid and assist the Senior Training Manager during weekly training. These duties include crowd management, keeping new hires engaged, answering questions in the chat, and teaching certain modules.

  • Aid and assist the Senior Training Manager in pitch practices and breakout sessions

  • Aid and assist the Senior Training Manager in completing new hire report cards that are distributed to the receiving District Manager

  • Review Learning Management System progress of new hires during week 1 of training and reach out to those who are not tracking with the rest of the class

  • Run one new hire class per month without assistance from Senior Training Manager

  • Assess and measure the results of training

  • Monitor, evaluate, and take an accurate and adequate record of training activities and program effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities to develop, facilitate, and maintain learning efforts to fill skills or knowledge gaps

  • Identify the lack of understanding or performance deficiencies of employees in the classroom environment, developing action plans or modified training plans to take reasonable measures to help them meet expectations while documenting and communicating such matters to the Training Manager

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 1+ year in a training or facilitator role with proven results

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others

  • Must be able to provide constructive feedback to trainees

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated

  • Proven track record setting and achieving goals

  • Must take pre-employment exam

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Applicants must be 18 years old or older
