As an Employment Specialist you will provide job coaching to our supervised work crews and also provide long-term support individuals who are independently employed.

Hours and Benefits of the Job Coach:
The minimum pay rate is $18.00/hour. Education and experience may also be considered when extending offers.Scheduled shifts are primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours.Some limited nights and weekends may be required.Located in St. Cloud, MN

Responsibilities of the Job Coach:
Provide job coaching to consumers in a community employment setting.Provide supervision and assistance during breaks at the job site.Community Integration/engagement: staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.Communicate professionally with assigned job site supervisors and work positively and encourage consumer teams.Work to positively encourage consumer work growth.Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.Attend all required and requested staff meetings and training.
