Job Summary:


AgriVision Equipments Field Support Center is currently developing an in-house department that will deliver sales operations processes that span across teams, geographies, and business units. Sales Operations is a shared delivery team which will process all wholegoods-related sales transactions timely and accurately to help facilitate the efficient and accurate completion of the sales process. As a Sales Operations team member, you will be a key partner in assisting our field team to deliver against their goals as well as be able to exercise your curiosity by helping to identify & enable new sales opportunities in a refuse-to-lose environment.

We are seeking driven, highly motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious professionals who want to be part of cultivating the highest impact culture in the agriculture equipment industry. Candidates should have an understanding of basic accounting principles and possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure our practices are in-line with policy requirements and processed in a timely & accurate manner. Theyll be dynamic in their ability to define new opportunities within a shared delivery model for enhancement while also collaborating with business partners to identify new opportunities for support.

Previous experience and knowledge of large ag equipment or commercial/turf equipment is welcomed but not required. Job Responsibilities



  • Settle & invoice equipment sales after examining documents for completeness and accuracy of sales information such as: customer information, equipment quantity, amounts, and payoff information needed for settlements

  • Processes delivery receipts and warranty registrations

  • Loads and/or verifies retail note and used equipment floor plan and payoff information is added on the settlement

  • Ensures all eligible programs/discounts are applied to the sale

  • Loads John Deere rentals (including rental returns) into JD Set

  • Ensures all additional customer purchases are activated (i.e. PowerGard, JD Link, etc.)

  • Records retail notes, bonuses, rentals and other purchase information into the dealer business system

  • Invoices equipment sales and rentals in the business system to customer accounts as needed

  • Reconciles applicable accounts in the general ledger

  • Assists with John Deere inventory audits

  • Represents the dealership as the point of contact for John Deere Financial on settlements inquiries and requests

  • Assists other co-workers with related tasks as necessary

  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:



  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

  • Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Degree in an Accounting/Finance preferred

  • Understands accounting fundamentals: debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets

The companys headquarters are located near Pacific Junction, Iowa along Interstate 29 at the US HWY 34 exit at the southern edge of the Omaha, Nebraska metro area.
