Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Producer to join the development of Warcraft Rumble. If you have a passion for mobile development and want to participate in the future of Blizzard, we want to hear from you!

As an Associate Producer on the team, you will work closely with our live operation and content teams, as well as relevant partners. You will help drive continuous content delivery to delight and engage our players. Join us in solving the exciting challenges that come with developing an exciting mobile game in the Warcraft universe!

This role is a hybrid position, with two days from home (Mondays and Fridays) and three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday). The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the completion of project goals for our live operations and content teams


• Work with our product team to manage our in-game shop


• Facilitate team rituals and ensure clear communication and visibility on day-to-day execution


• Communicate with producers and team leadership on project status, risks, and blockers


• Provide feedback and be involved in process improvement initiatives for the team's continuous improvement


• Continue developing your craft to improve your ability to provide delivery leadership to teams


• Collaborate with our story, franchise, and creative service partners to ensure we remain true to the Warcraft IP

Requirements

• Experience driving teams to deliver project and initiatives, helping to keep them focused and on target


• Ability to build, track, and maintain team schedules


• Highly self-motivated and accountable


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pluses

• Professional game industry experience on a live game


• Experience using JIRA and Confluence


• Scrum Master certification


• Experience with game development content pipelines


• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and MIRO

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
