As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will shadow other Loan Officers to help develop relationships, grow and maintain your own consumer and ag loan portfolio, and provide servicing on existing loans. Knowledge of farm and agribusiness financials and current agricultural lending practices within the financial services industry puts you a step ahead! This position is located within our Southwest Missouri territory in our Springfield Branch.
