Job Responsibilities:

The Professional Development Trainer is responsible for the development and execution of a variety of leadership and soft skill development training programs and plays a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging programs aimed at enhancing leadership and professional skills and fostering professional growth. This position coordinates, designs, and develops interactive and impactful leadership development workshops for diverse audiences. This individual will also collaborate to design, enhance, and deliver on the Sales and Services curriculum to support employee development. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor content and activities to meet specific organizational needs while drawing on experience to provide practical insights. The position will leverage a full range of facilitation tools and techniques to create an inclusive and participatory learning environment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a related Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in leadership and professional development facilitation with a proven familiarity with professional development and soft skill content and methodologies. They will have the ability to adapt facilitation approaches to diverse learning styles and work in a highly collaborative environment. This ideal individual will display strong facilitation, organizational and project management abilities with the ability to work in a team environment and promote a positive attitude toward teamwork. The successful candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
