This position is responsible for sales of Custom Molding/Contract Manufacturing
Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers. Assess and understand customer requirements and present the appropriate Flambeau services to secure new business. Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities that align with Flambeaus volume, price and profit objectives. Perform Account Manager responsibilities for designated accounts. Provide direction as needed on existing programs and oversee the internal cross-functional execution of new programs. Develop and execute account strategies to manage and optimize relationships, revenue and profit. Maintain a professional and disciplined approach to executing all responsibilities of the position.
