As the ideal candidate, you bring 3-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, coupled with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism.

As a Marketing Proposal Specialist with Glumac, you'll play a crucial role in managing Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish. Your creative flair will shine as you produce compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations. A key responsibility will be developing marketing qualification packages, showcasing your advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. We value attention to detail and expect you to have an advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $80,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
