We are seeking a Senior Principal Optimized GTM (Go-To-Market) to support our North America Sales Support Teams.
The Senior Principal Optimized GTM will work collaboratively with all cross-functional leadership levels in sales, sales operations, and marketing to effectively determine areas for prioritization and identify/explore the best ways to enable and synergize all customer facing communications to ensure we drive higher retention and continued growth to our NA business.
The Senior Principal Optimized GTM is an accomplished seller, marketer, product manager or sales enablement professional with expert storytelling and messaging abilities and a deep understanding of and passion for how best to engage customers across the B2B buying journey. They bring a wealth of tools, techniques and best practice messaging that can be optimized across the new GTM strategy from automation to outbound resources reach.
This role will report directly to the SVP, Customer Solutions and Success, to help execute against the new GTM Segment goals/objectives and will be primarily responsible for:
(1) Helping to shape our customer journey optimization through automated Gainsight GTM strategy, leveraging critical business and customer insights within the Gainsight toolset (including Product, Community and Client Success) to build targeted customer communications strategies
(2) Serving as the VOICE for automated interaction ensuring a cohesive communication flow through automation and resource outreach and working closely with Customer Solutions and Success to maximize renewals and identify opportunities across all customer accounts.
