We are seeking a Senior Principal Optimized GTM (Go-To-Market) to support our North America Sales Support Teams.

The Senior Principal Optimized GTM will work collaboratively with all cross-functional leadership levels in sales, sales operations, and marketing to effectively determine areas for prioritization and identify/explore the best ways to enable and synergize all customer facing communications to ensure we drive higher retention and continued growth to our NA business.

The Senior Principal Optimized GTM is an accomplished seller, marketer, product manager or sales enablement professional with expert storytelling and messaging abilities and a deep understanding of and passion for how best to engage customers across the B2B buying journey. They bring a wealth of tools, techniques and best practice messaging that can be optimized across the new GTM strategy from automation to outbound resources reach.

This role will report directly to the SVP, Customer Solutions and Success, to help execute against the new GTM Segment goals/objectives and will be primarily responsible for:

(1) Helping to shape our customer journey optimization through automated Gainsight GTM strategy, leveraging critical business and customer insights within the Gainsight toolset (including Product, Community and Client Success) to build targeted customer communications strategies

(2) Serving as the VOICE for automated interaction ensuring a cohesive communication flow through automation and resource outreach and working closely with Customer Solutions and Success to maximize renewals and identify opportunities across all customer accounts.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary voice for all GAINSIGHT messaging and content required for automated outbound customer engagement while ensuring messaging is cohesive throughout sales support customer facing teams. Topics will also include use cases (selling scenarios), personas, value propositions, messaging, and product/industry knowledge.
  • Responsible for crafting compelling value propositions, designing and delivering the appropriate engagement strategies, and managing and executing a wide range of content and media in support of our new GTM methodology utilizing use cases for each targeted customer segment and stakeholder groups.
  • This role requires collaboration with all levels of leadership across marketing, sales, product and commercial operations to ensure a seamless customer engagement while ensuring powerful messaging with optimized delivery for each GTM segment.
  • Manage delivery of program objectives, spanning data, analytics, products, and services
  • Serve as the master storyteller translating the value of technical products into meaningful narratives that resonate with data professionals and executive leaders.
  • Shape the future of our customer journey optimization strategy through continuous analysis and review of successful and not so successful automated communications entwined with resource conversations.
  • Stay relevant on D&B use cases, messaging, products, and services to ensure strategy, materials and training are all up to date.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the GTM communication strategy is delivering on business objectives.
  • Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required. MA/MBA in related field a plus.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, Training or Sales Enablement in a B2B environment. Demonstrated success of effectively managing large scale programs to timely completion.
  • Experience with GAINSIGHT or like Solutions and have strong knowledge of the ongoing changes in the market and buyer behaviors/needs.
  • Must be able to work in various mediums to excite and engage diverse audiences through compelling automated content via video, podcasting, eBooks, sales training/curriculum design, whitepapers, animations, and interactive content.
  • Team player, the ideal candidate must be able to interact successfully with team members at all levels of the organization as well has able to work independently with minimal direction when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, and communication (written, oral and listening) skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully create sales enablement solutions for business priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent influencing, listening and presentation skills.
