The Howmet Structural Systems (HSS) Internship Program is strategically designed to provide you with the opportunity to utilize what you have learned in the classroom and the opportunity to participate in meaningful work and gain hands on industry experience. There will be many chances to network with like-minded professionals in manufacturing, engineering, and beyond through cross-departmental collaboration.

The Finance Intern will be responsible for:


  • Provide analytical support to help drive higher levels of profitability at the business unit level.
  • Accountability objectives:

    • Provide decision-based reports
    • Develop and prepare routine reports with minimal instruction and translate data into meaningful information
    • Create reporting templates for use in the business
    • Interpret information and make recommendations
    • Participate on Finance project teams
    • Support leadership in problem-solving for the business
    • Business partner with operating locations to support business improvements
