Embark on a journey of workplace inclusion for all as a Senior Manager, Workplace Inclusion.

Our Senior Manager, Workplace Inclusion – Talent Management will manage Rollins’ global Workplace Inclusion efforts with a strategic focus on talent management, including how to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.  The Senior Manager will work closely with the organization’s leadership, Workplace Inclusion Advisory Council, and the extended HR team on talent acquisition and talent development with a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) lens. In addition, develop partnerships with external organizations to advance the company’s DE&I objectives.

In this highly collaborative role, understanding the goals and objectives of the business and the intersection of functional touch points will be critical in delivering value.

Responsibilities

You Will . . .


  • Collaborate with external organizations, our Talent Acquisition team, and Learning & Development units to diversify our hiring pipeline, business partnerships, community outreach initiatives, and employee growth opportunities

  • Work in tandem with business and HR leaders to implement Workplace Inclusion strategies, programs, and talent management initiatives promoting diversity recruitment, development, and retention

  • Assist in the design and management of the implementation of programs and initiatives that further Rollins’ Workplace Inclusion strategy and contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace

  • Elevate the Workplace Inclusion strategy through with oversight of the company’s Employee Resources Groups and partnerships with the Communications team

  • Create comprehensive plan that will include regular communication with leaders and employees on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

  • Manage and communicate diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking metrics, analyzing, and generating diversity reporting for various audiences to highlight trends and demonstrate impact of Workplace Inclusion programs and initiatives

  • Update and maintain the Workplace Inclusion including diversity-related content on all other Rollins external website

  • Connect to best practices and networks on emerging DE&I initiatives

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • 5-8 years of experience total work experience in the areas of with Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, and other related experience leading organizational-wide programs

  • Min of 3 years of demonstrated experience leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and practices in a mid to large size organization with a focus on talent acquisition or talent development in a matrixed organization with a highly distributed workforce

  • Proven ability to create and drive large-scale initiatives, lead change management initiatives, engage and influence senior leaders internally and externally

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to achieve "trusted advisor" status

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop presentations and training for small to large audiences and facilitate team discussions

  • A willingness to learn and be highly adaptable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Exceptional judgment and empathy when working with team members

  • Expertise in using metrics to inform, influence and communicate a vision to a wide range of audiences

  • Attention to detail and quality, while working with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to partner with third parties to advance the Workplace objectives

  • Possess a passion for DE&I and its organizational value and serve as a brand ambassador for Rollins
