Job Title: Parking Lot Helper

WHAT WE DO?

Our power sweeping solutions include sweeping parking lots, streets, and highways as well as construction, industrial, and special event sites. Our fleet uses the latest mechanical broom sweepers and regenerative air vacuum trucks. In addition to being the leader in professional power sweeping, SCA also provides state-of-the-art jet-vac services where we can perform collection, system preventive maintenance cleaning, and identify infrastructure issues before they occur.

Rate of Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience

We are a 24/7 based operation and due the nature of our business and customer needs, shift times may vary. We have day, evening, and overnight shifts and this information will be discussed more at the time of the interview. 

Job Responsibilities:

• You will drive a pickup truck to different locations on a scheduled route and complete your work independently (no one will be watching over your shoulder, but you will have someone you can call for help or questions!)


• You will be outside most of the day, cleaning the storefronts of retail properties: this may include using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues


• You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE), and will need to wear boots


• Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route. 


• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted 


• Perform labor duties as required by team lead.


• Perform litter pick-up along highways 


• Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties 


• Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues  

Job Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License


• Good Driving Record


• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests


• Ability to follow directions and read maps


• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally


• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots.
