Job Description:

ALG Senior is seeking an individual who is capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Content Specialist will be responsible for using informative, engaging and valuable content to support marketing and recruiting initiatives to meet organizational goals. This role will include:

Use content to align with strategic initiatives to grow our audiences, site traffic, social channels, referral engagement and lead sources through a range of content types which may include blogs, social posts, listings, articles, white papers, email, downloads and more.
Analyze, update and repurpose content across various channels.
Plan and maintain quarterly content calendar and schedule.
Understand audiences, mediums, voice, and brand to produce content that will support growth of market share and increase community visibility.
Seek opportunities to grow online and offline reputation and brand through market and industry specific pages, blogs, forums and active online/offline presence.
Help with event planning as needed.

The ideal Content Specialist will have a proactive work ethic, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle tasks no matter how big or small. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Proficiency working as a content expert, preferably with agency and/or healthcare experience
Profound writing, editorial review, and proofing skills
Understanding and use of SEO, algorithms, trend tracking and analytics in creation of content
Has exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Works well in a collaborative setting, yet is able to lead projects independently
Is able to problem-solve but is not afraid of asking questions
Organized, multi-tasker with solid project management skills

This will be a full-time, exempt position.
