We are looking to hire a full-time ShopGW Packer/Shipper at our Cedar Rapids Center!
The ShopGW Packer/Shipper will Provide efficient and careful packaging of merchandise sold by shopgoodwill.com, follow procedures to allow identification of boxes to ensure attachment of correct shipping labels, and construct boxes to ship bulky items that do not fit in standard shipping boxes. Using the guidelines for weight shipping as defined by commercial carriers you would weigh packages and move them to staging area for pick up when ready. You will also ship packages for other departments as requested and accept deliveries of shopgoodwill.com merchandise from other Goodwill locations and centers. Cleaning donated items if applicable, assisting in clean up of work areas, and modeling good work habits for clients in training programs would also be required. Any other duties as assigned.
The starting wage for the ShopGW Packer/Shipper is $13.20 per hour and the schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, but starting and ending times may vary if needed.
