Role reports to: Head of US Healthcare Professional

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: up to 40

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 to $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Head of US Professional Engagements will serve as a catalyst for collaboration between key Kenvue brands and National/Regional Thought Leaders, Ambassadors, and Influencers. They will work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners including US Brand leads, Medical Affairs, SEPA and HCP Activation teams to shape and execute a best in class promotional scientific engagement ecosystem. The goal is to create a "one Kenvue" concierge customer experience that increases awareness of KENVUE as a corporate partner and establishes trust through the consistent demonstration of scientific expertise and satisfactory follow through to requests from thought- leaders.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead coordination of the overarching US Kenvue scientific engagement plan including maximizing and tracking opportunities at medical meetings, field seminars, educational events, clinical study planning and execution as well as list of KOL/ROL.
  • Developing and executing an annual Kenvue advisory board plan for national, regional thought leaders that informs commercial strategies across each brand i.e. insight gathering, what products to bring to market, how to optimize in-office and omni-channel messaging.
  • Supporting promotional speaker identification and training for new product launches and special initiatives not specifically related to Medical Affairs.
  • Supported by their team, this role will attend Medical Congresses and conduct field travel (field rides) to ensure frequent touch points with key thought leaders and maintain a pulse of trends across the various consumer industries.
  • Lead development and management of key Professional societies/organizations (AAD, WDS, ASDS, SOCS, etc.) to set joint strategic objectives and goals for Kenvue as a division keep related societies such as SCF, NEA, with Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs collaboration.
  • Partner with HCP Squad teams to develop and implement effective educational messaging plans to increase awareness and adoption of Kenvue products and brand commitments among influential thought leaders by seeding podium time (CME) opportunities, product theaters (live, virtual), and new product launch webinars.
  • Lead development and execution of Kenvue wide Residency program. Design digital first omni channel program designed to achieve highest SOV among residents for key HCP groups (PCPs, Derms, Dentists) Activities to include: digital on-demand content, live Peer to Peer educational dinner programs, webinars, and live social events.
  • Partner with the Communications team to classify and train speakers including media speaker training, media relations, and other activities related to the company's strategic training objectives, to effectively target and convert to Kenvue advocates in the HCP and Media (B2B) space.

Required Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10 years experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.
  • A proven track record developing and executing influencer, key opinion leader and/or scientific engagement strategies is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment. High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
  • Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams is required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is required.
  • Create & promote an agile, inclusive, people-first environment in the workplace is required.
  • This position requires up to 40% domestic travel.


Desired Qualifications

  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Skin Care category experience is preferred.
  • Experience in brand marketing management is preferred.
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.
