WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Exam Security Video Reviewer plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of examinations. As a Video Reviewer, you will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing recorded footage of exam sessions to identify any potential breaches or irregularities. This will involve carefully analyzing the behavior and actions of test takers, ensuring compliance with exam guidelines and protocols. You will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make objective judgments. Your keen eye for identifying suspicious activities and your commitment to upholding exam security will contribute to the overall credibility and fairness of the assessment process.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the continental United States.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Review and analyze video recordings of exam sessions to identify any potential breaches in exam security protocols.


• Identify and document any suspicious behaviors or activities observed in the video footage that may indicate cheating, unauthorized assistance, or other exam integrity violations.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all reviewed videos, including timestamps, observations, and any actions taken.


• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in exam security and cheating prevention to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 1+ years’ experience with proctored exams, remote proctoring, video review and investigations.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Strong attention to detail: Ability to closely analyze video footage and identify any potential breaches in exam security protocols.


• Knowledge of assessments, proctored tests, and testing sciences preferred.


• Analytical thinking: Ability to critically evaluate video evidence, draw logical conclusions, and make informed judgments about exam security.


• Effective communication along with a detail-oriented attitude.


• Experience following process documentation and guidelines/procedures.


• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.


• Ability to work well with a remote team and collaborate on group issues.
