The Manager of Revenue Planning & Analysis will work closely with the Senior Director to drive data-focused, results-driven decisions that utilize investments efficiently and prioritize revenue growth.
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
The primary responsibilities are driving subscription growth through analysis:
Create analytical tools to enable actionable and measurable insights
Organize and holistically report team financial performance and KPIs
Analyze pricing performance to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives
Analyze data and lead analysis to develop powerful data-driven decisions across teams
Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams to influence results-oriented business decisions
Have working knowledge of financial metrics and publishing KPIs
Basic Requirements:
Strong track record in analytics driving business insight & deliverables
Background in Publishing or Subscription Services Company
Must be self-directed, a willing collaborator, and enjoy working in a team environment
Must have the ability to think and pivot between strategic and tactical actions
Must be able to work remotely
Required Qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree with 5+ years in an analytical role, MBA is highly desired
Highly Proficient in the use of Microsoft Product Suite
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Understanding of cost metrics, P/L, and other business-related analysis
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $79,200 and $162,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
