JOB SUMMARY

The ECM Business Management, Governance, Oversight, and Accountability leader is pivotal in ensuring that the ECM function operates within a structured, compliant, and transparent framework. This role is responsible for establishing and monitoring internal governance, defining success metrics for the program, and integrating enterprise change management (ECM) with enterprise project management offices (ePMO). Their primary focus is on creating a robust system that promotes adherence to the ECM objectives while delivering the intended value of change. This leader will play an integral part in supporting the Head of Enterprise Change Management with developing the enterprise change strategies for the Bank's most important change initiatives. This leader will drive consistency of program execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The Change Readiness Manager and the Change Delivery Manager and staff roles will report up to this leader.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee and ensure that the Bank and ECM adheres to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. Regularly report on compliance status, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

  • Establish clear metrics, objectives, and success criteria for the Bank enterprise change function. Monitor these measures regularly to ensure alignment with strategic goals and to identify areas for improvement.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise change governance framework that provides clear guidelines on decision-making processes, roles, responsibilities, and escalation mechanisms.

  • Ensure integration between Enterprise Change Management and the Enterprise Project Management Office. This includes aligning strategies, processes, and communication channels to promote efficiency and coherence.

  • Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Define the change vision aligned with enterprise and organizational objectives, envisioning the post-change future state.

  • Act as a liaison between various organizational units, ensuring that enterprise change management governance and oversight mechanisms are understood and adhered to. Engage with senior leadership to align governance strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Regularly review and refine the enterprise change management governance framework, compliance monitoring mechanisms, and other related processes. Drive initiatives for enhancement based on feedback and changing organizational needs.

  • Develop strategies to address challenges or disruptions related to enterprise change governance or compliance issues, ensuring the organization can quickly adapt and maintain operational continuity.

Required Qualifications:


  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

  • Minimum experience required: 5+ Years of experience with enterprise change management either in an advisory or execution-oriented role.


  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizations and business groups through change.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management or related field (i.e., Risk).

  • Prior experience in the financial sector or with organizational mergers and acquisitions.

Pay Range:

140,621.69 - 243,978.64
