Supply Chain - Junior Asset Leader Intern

Our internship will offer you a chance to explore the breadth of opportunities available in the supply chain while working on real projects such as process improvements in production planning, space utilization and optimization analysis, OEE analysis, labor optimization, and other related projects for manufacturing operations. You will be provided meaningful work experiences that contribute to the overall strategic business goals of Kimberly-Clark. You’ll be treated and respected as a valuable contributor and given your own responsibilities and accountabilities. Your intern experience will include performance evaluations that provide you with valuable professional feedback to gauge your strengths and measure areas of improvement.

Operations Management – Provide leadership on special projects to drive step change improvement in the plant manufacturing systems. The scope may include but not limited to production planning, inventory / space management, labor scheduling, continuous improvement, problem solving, data collection, etc. The intent of this role is to provide the individual with the experiences of what a full time operations manager role entails. Key customers will be the site operations leaders and mill leadership team.
