Senior Software Developer (with .NET, Azure Power Apps, and Power Platform Background)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our IT department. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for building functional applications and websites. You'll participate in the entire software development life cycle, debug applications, and configure existing systems. If you're equally comfortable writing code and reviewing other team members' work, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

- **Analyze system requirements** and prioritize tasks.

- Write **clean, testable code** using .NET programming languages.

- Develop **technical specifications** and architecture.

- Test and debug various .NET applications.

- Review and refactor code.

- Deploy fully functional applications.

- Upgrade existing programs.

- Support junior developers' work.

- Document development and operational procedures.

Requirements

- Work experience as a **.NET Developer**.

- Exposure to building applications and processes using **Power Platform**.

- Proficiency in building **web-based applications**.

- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (such as **C#** or **Visual Basic .NET**).

- Familiarity with **agile environments**.

- Troubleshooting abilities.

- Good communication skills.

- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Desired Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills would be beneficial:

1. Hierarchical databases

2. Object-oriented development principles

3. Relational database design patterns

4. Latest financial risk management concepts

5. Web technologies architecture (HTML, JavaScript, React)

Azure Experience

Additionally, experience with Azure is highly valued. As a Senior .NET Developer with Azure experience, you'll work with Microsoft platform technologies (such as **ASP.NET Web API**) to design, build, and modify existing business-tier components, web applications, and database objects.

Power Platform Background

If you have expertise in Power Apps and Power Platform solutions, that's a significant advantage! Adeptly crafting Power Apps solutions and imparting your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers will be part of your role.
