Attorney/Labor Relations Director Requirements: Please see the attached Job Description Annual Salary: Commensurate with experience and background; up to $150,000 plus benefits. Job Description: The position requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, and: a) Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelors degree and six (6) years of responsible experience in labor negotiations, personnel administration or other related fields; OR b) A Masters degree and five (5) years of responsible experience in labor negotiations, personnel administration or other related fields: OR c) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined in (a) and (b).
