Job Description:

Ardurra is seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our Wenatchee, WA team.


Primary Function


Ideally this candidate will support our growing office in Wenatchee primarily with civil design and project leadership of local transportation and municipal projects with additional opportunities to work in land development and aviation fields.  This position will provide opportunities to grow professionally while working on important local projects and interacting with clients and the community.


Required Qualifications 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Washington State PE Certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • 5+ years’ experience in the civil engineering field

  • Strong computer skills

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment


Key Responsibilities



  • Transportation and municipal project design

  • Preparation of construction drawings

  • Project cost estimating

  • Report writing and design documentation

  • Design team organization and leadership

  • Ability to mentor junior staff members

  • Schedule and budget management

  • Construction support, administration, and observations


Physical Requirements 



  • Extended periods of office work and/or working at a computer

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle

  • Ability to travel to project locations and perform on-site design reviews and/or construction observation.


Salary Range


$80,000 to $120,000
