The Intern Role

You will work directly with clients and gain exposure to important strategic issues on a client-facing engagement. Analyst Interns assist with tasks that include deliverable preparation and quality checks, process map creation, research, and analysis. You will improve upon a variety of skills such as analytical/critical thinking, attention to detail, data and information management, and time management.

Initiative, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in teams and independently are qualities we look for in our Analyst Interns. As integral members of their project teams, Analyst Interns are encouraged to think creatively, communicate ideas, and participate in team conversations.

Travel, at the discretion of the client, may be necessary.

The Project Team

You will work on a small project team to identify, and often times implement, solutions to client problems or challenges. Project teams are typically composed of three or four consultants and a partner. Working closely with experienced ScottMadden consultants and partners will maximize your learning and enable meaningful project contributions.
