WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Service Manager, you will be in a leadership role where you will oversee and support all Service Department employees in our San Leandro store. You will drive the service team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to keep their trucks running in peak form.

You’ll focus on strategic department goals, but be involved in day to day activities such as coaching team members, managing equipment needs, and ensuring all safety and environmental laws are followed. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader, results-driven, and have a desire to create a great experience for our members and customers.

WHAT YOU NEED:


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university; or four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Technical working knowledge and experience with internal combustion engines including gas, diesel and all phases of truck repair preferred.

  • Prior sales, management and/or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing and personnel procedures.

  • Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.

Compensation: $110,000-$160,000/yr (Depending on Leadership Experience) plus bonus opportunity
