Primary Purpose:
The Construction Superintendent will lead, coach, and motivate restoration crews across multiple project sites to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes. Collaborating closely with the director, this role will coordinate construction activities, enforce safety protocols, and oversee adherence to timelines and budgets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate all construction work across multiple sites, advising foremen on staff, and managing equipment requirements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders and oversee construction activities from conception to completion.
Resolve conflicts related to work sequence, materials, subcontractors, and plans.
Conduct ongoing inspections to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to company protocols and safety standards.
Report accidents, damage, or delays to senior leadership promptly.
Deliver or coordinate safety training and other site-specific functions.
Support visualization of restoration concepts and develop cost estimates.
Communicate regularly with project managers to facilitate problem-solving and change orders.
Identify areas for improvement in construction processes.
