We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking TA Specialist to join the North America Talent Acquisition Team. As a TA Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, reviewing résumés, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the Sr. TA Specialist, assist with all recruiting-related duties and will be based in Kentucky.

Role Responsibilities

Act as a strategic full-cycle recruiter for both hourly and entry-level salaried positions for various positions for our distilleries in Kentucky.
• Partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Internship Recruiting; attend career fairs with our key universities and other recruiting events to attract and recruit talent for our internship program (maintain existing relationships with local universities while also developing new connections).
• Continuously reaching out and nourishing relationships with groups that focus on minority groups, females, people with disabilities, or other underrepresented groups.
• Promote employer branding on online platforms and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other sites)
• Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluations and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and consistently.
• Facilitate debrief sessions with hiring teams to discuss candidate qualifications and drive efficient decision-making.
• Build sourcing strategies for approved requisitions and forecasted needs in partnership with the Sr. TA Specialist, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Partner with the DEI team to build external relationships and understand how we can participate and engage in external sourcing opportunities (Career Fairs and Networking Events).
• Manages all requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintains applicant data and dispositions of applicants appropriately.
• Work on special projects as needed.

You'll collaborate with Hiring Managers to shift the needle on our hiring practices to create great candidate experiences with results in us hiring the best diverse talent in the market. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via a search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
• Knowledge of recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail) and has strong follow-up.
• Relationship builder, problem solver, and good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the North American Talent Acquisition Team.
• Skilled in utilizing complex search methods in LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other online/social platforms.
• Results-oriented and always eager to get things done with the ability to prioritize your work efficiently.
• A continuous improvement mindset, curious and passionate.
• Flexibility with traveling to career fairs and networking events.
• Data-driven - We love data and anything that helps drive intelligent decisions.
