Resident Manager Position needed for Dogwood Manor Apartment Complex

A three-story apartment complex for very low-income seniors aged 62 and older.

95 Adams Lane Oak Ridge Tn. 37830

The duties of the manager will be the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, light maintenance, cleaning, and possibly other assigned duties.

The position comes with a 2-bedroom apartment on the premises with electricity and water included in lieu of payment.  Applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check.
