Job Description:

This position is responsible for routine and emergent cleaning needs of an outpatient medical facility. This is a full time dayshift position.

Clean the interior of the Slocum Center and affiliated properties, including floors, windows, and walls.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Clean and maintain restrooms.
Wash and clean windows and mirrors
Dust furniture and fixtures
Notify management of any concerns or unsafe conditions
Offers assistance to guests when necessary
Report in a timely manner to clean emergent situations as directed by management
Adhere to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct and best practices
Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times with co-workers, vendors, patients, etc.
Utilize materials, supplies, tools and other building property in a safe, productive manner
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
