PURPOSE STATEMENT

This professionalwill perform the key accountabilities listed, to include those duties and responsibilities included in the Rich Aviation's FOM (Flight Operation Manual). These responsibilities will help support the needs of our Part 91 flight department, while focusing on and maintaining the highest level of safety, professionalism, flexibility and reliability in an effort to support the company's air travel needs. Our candidate selection will focus on a choosing the right applicant to fill the needs of an open Falcon 2000 copilot position.


The right candidate musthave the drive to learn and succeed as we would promote to a captain in about a year!Falcon 7X or Falcon 2000 EASY is strongly desired. This professional must reside in the Buffalo NY area or be open to relocation to the area.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Be able to perform and complete required pre/post flight duties and inspections of the aircraft specified

Responsible to comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists and working knowledge of company FOM

Effective oral and written communication skills

Be an active participant in the flight departments Safety Management System (SMS)

Be a self-motivating, professional, ethical and flexible individual

Remain current and qualified in the assigned aircraft

Maintain valid certificates required to perform scheduled flight duties

Able to obtain and maintain passports and if required, visas, current international certificates of vaccination and other documents as required to travel to specific international destinations

Must present a team effort approach with great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Must be proactive, efficient, with the ability to seek out answers and resources as needed

Must be able to work flexible schedules and willing to travel internationally when needed

Basic computer skills

Able to actively establish priorities and havegood organizational skills

Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information

Possess no prior FAA or DOT violations to include DUI's, DWI's

Able to pass an extensive TSA, PRIA and corporate background check

Assist with handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage(requires some heavy lifting)

Interface with passengers and other company personnel in a professional and courteous manner.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Education: HS or equivalent required and Bachelor's degreepreferred

  • Certificates:Commercial license but ATP preferred

  • Medical:First Class with no limitations

  • Flight Time: 1500 Hours minimum total time (500 hours jet time preferred) Candidates with more experience can expect to advancewithin 1 year.

  • Falcon Experience:Preferredwith EASY I/II experience

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and courteous

  • Driven and self motivated

  • Able to establish priorities and have great organizational skills

  • Basic Excel and Wordskills #LI-RT1



COMPENSATION



In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.



Annual Range/Hourly Rate


$106,017.72-$155,181.71
