Product Engineering Specialist 
(Axalta Coating Systems, LLC / Troy, MI) – Engage in product engnrg supptrng the devlpmnt & implementtn of program & product strategies in supprt of critical relatnships w/ customer engnrg & mfg team members reltd to the co.’s coating systems. Reqs Bach w/ major or specializatn in Chemistry, Chemical Engnrg, or closly reltd field & 5 yrs of exp in job offrd or as a Lab Technician &/or Tech’l Service Specialist. Bkgrd in educ, traing or exp must incld demonstrtd ability to provide tech’l reports; demonstrtd basic understndg of e-coat chemistry, reactions, & synthesis; knwldge of the E-coat process which involves the practical/applied areas of the e-coat process; exp w/ Minitab software as a statistcl analysis tool; demonstrtd understndg of 6 Sigma as well as Defining, Measuring, Analyzing, Improving, & Controlling (DMAIC) model.
