Manager, Generative AI - Product Management

Private Equity Focused Professionals

We're developing a cutting-edge Generative AI tool designed to streamline analysis and research by automating portions of data analysis, identifying opportunities, and facilitating interactive data search. Our platform aims to enhance private equity decision-making through advanced AI techniques, transforming complex use case scenarios into streamlined, insightful processes.

We provide private equity buyers with a broad continuum of knowledge and tools for due diligence (IT and operational), merger integration / carve-out planning and execution, transition service agreement negotiation & governance, ERP implementations, IT operations & cost reduction, and enterprise architecture. We support the full continuum of the deal lifecycle from pre-deal technology, operational and synergy reviews, through 'Day-1' planning, to post-deal implementations.

Generative AI Product Manager:

We are seeking an experienced product manager who will play a critical role in driving the vision and execution of A&M's internal and private equity client facing AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Product Roadmap Management: Lead the development and execution of a roadmap for leveraging generative AI technology in new product initiatives


  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data scientists, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality generative AI solutions


  • Market Research: Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify product opportunities that can be enhanced or improved with generative AI capabilities


  • Feature Management: Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and define success criteria for generative AI product enhancements


  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key metrics to measure the performance and impact of generative AI features, and optimize their effectiveness based on user feedback and data


  • Usability Testing: Drive user research and usability testing to uncover insights and make data-driven decisions for improving the user experience of generative AI features


  • AI Training Data Management: Collaborate with the data science team to define and implement training data requirements and workflows for generative AI models


  • Product Launch Management: Manage product launches for generative AI features, including conducting user training, creating marketing collateral, and monitoring adoption and feedback


  • Advocacy: Advocate for the use of generative AI across the organization, evangelizing its potential and driving initiatives to educate and enable teams to leverage generative AI effectively


  • Quality Management: Manage the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance


  • Leadership: Mentor junior talent and build a high-performing product team with a focus on quality and execution from day one


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of product management experience, with a minimum of three years specializing in AI/ML applications

  • Experience working in a consulting environment and with executive-level business leaders

  • Deep functional expertise in one of more of the following areas:

    • Private Equity Advisory

    • IT merger integration and carve-out

    • Business / IT transformation program / project management (e.g., ERP)

    • Collaboration and leading change to improve key business functions, such as supply chain and/or finance/accounting

    • IT operations

    • Solution architecture

    • Enterprise architecture and infrastructure



  • Demonstrated track record working with business leaders (Directors and above)

  • Proven writing skills with a desire to produce polished client-facing documents

  • Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis

  • Specific experience designing and supervising the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy.

  • Previous product management experience in a top-tier strategy firm, Big-4 consultancy, or Big-tech company

  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate degree preferred

  • Flexibility to travel as needed

The salary range is $125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
