Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tolerance stack-ups and basic engineering calculations.
• Primary project technical contact to manufacturing, supplier quality, purchasing and prototype shops.
• Define prototype content requirements, coordinate drawings/BOM with product design engineering and track prototype production.
• Lead Design - Design of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (D-FMEA).
• Assist in establishing component & assembly level requirements for testing and analysis, coordinate with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R)
• Complete and sign off the DVP&R together with the project Application/Development Engineers
• Participate in and execute (RPA) returned parts analyses, root cause analysis; coordinate design or manufacturing related tasks.
• Work on the Automotive SPICE framework as per the project requirements.
• Conduct the DFA (Design for Assembly) & DFM (Design for Manufacturability)

Your Qualifications

• University degree
• 5-10 years
• Experience on thermal management system & components will be preferred.
