General Purpose: We are seeking a Director to oversee our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build, manager, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead a high performing team of early talent and experienced hire recruiters

  • Own our talent acquisition strategy and roadmap for the future, identifying and prioritizing the most important talent initiatives that will set the firm up for global hiring success and allows us to meet our global growth goals.

  • Build and enhance a strong candidate selection process that evaluates the right criteria and delivers high quality hires

  • Collaborate with others on the People team to build a strong and consistent experience across the colleague lifecycle.

  • Apply data analysis and insights to identify and drive improvements to our processes.

  • Serve as a strategic partner and work closely with the leaders of the business and operations teams to attract and retain top talent that shares our vision of relentless excellence.

  • Meet established KPI goals and review data to determine when changes should be recommended to further strengthen our talent acquisition strategy

  • Work with team to p rovide market insights, including industry mapping and research to improve our competitive position across all talent markets

  • Work closely with our DEI&B team and help formulate and execute on a diversity talent attraction strategy in line with key business objectives.

  • Assist in the development of a compelling colleague value proposition that aligns with our firmwide values and long term strategy

  • Make certain the colleague value proposition is present across the candidate recruitment process and colleague lifecycle

  • Ensure all recruitment activities and required records comply with OFCCP regulations, labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role with at least 8 of those leading a global recruitment team.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, manage and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the story behind the recruitment data

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the People team and the firm.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Superior organizational, planning and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach

  • Deep experience with ATS systems; Workday preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
