BASIC FUNCTION: Scraping, washing, and distributing dishes, glassware, and silverware, pots and pans.  Assists all kitchen staff in provision of exceptional dining experiences for guests.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:   Prior experience desired but not required.
