As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage all stages of the product lifecycle for JAGGAER’s new payments solution. This includes the development of the product strategy and roadmap, requirement analysis, functional design, release planning, on-going development support and core go-to-market activities.

You possess a unique mix of business, technical and industry know-how as well as a strong drive to understand the challenges of the target markets to deliver innovative and profitable solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Drive product innovation around the JAGGAER Pay product line, operating like a start-up within the larger organization.

  • Build compelling roadmaps which address current and emerging market requirements to maximize JAGGAER’s value proposition.

  • Collaborate with engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new products and features

  • Engage closely with JAGGAER Fintech Partners to co-design and launch fully integrated payment solutions

  • Drive the overall pricing strategy, financial forecasting and product metrics/KPIs

  • Work closely with early adopter customers to ensure successful outcomes

  • Prioritize development requirements effectively in line with the overall business plan and market problems that need to be addressed.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales calls, prospect and customer meetings.

Position Requirements

What You Will Bring:


  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS technology business

  • Experience working with B2B payments, fintech, and API integration platforms; bonus for accounting or procurement experience

  • Experience in product management, product owner, or related roles

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

  • High level of customer focus and ability to establish good customer relationships as an organizational leader

  • Analytical and strategic thinking, solid decision-making skills in the face of imperfect data

  • Strong planning, written and verbal communication skills (incl. public speaking & teaching)

  • Experience collaborating with executives and business stakeholders to build consensus on roadmap and deliverables

  • Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to support and manage global teams across time zones

  • Ideally located in Research Triangle Park, NC area or at a minimum in eastern time zone
