This position supports the Business Development initiatives of our Heavy Construction Segment OEM Team and plays a key role in the growth aspects of the segment.

The OEM Business Development Representative is focused on the management and development of named OEM accounts as a means to scale of factory-fit and aftermarket solution offerings in the North American region. This will include the development of new customer relationships, helping the organization determine the best access points for delivering our strategic value message, conducts sales related visits and participate in demonstrations/tradeshows, helping coordinate efforts between internal and external stakeholders or participants in sales activities, and managing/mitigating conflicts between the stakeholders to achieve the established goals of success.
