Plant Maintenance

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate: $19 - $22 / hour

Location: Atoka, OK

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The criteria for an evaluation in this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
• Be familiar with and incorporate information derived from the manuals for the equipment serviced.
• Must be familiar with and follow all MSHA safety practices and procedures.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift plant and equipment inspections.
• Work without direct supervision in a self-motivated manner
• Operate light equipment such as skid steers and water trucks
• Work from elevated positions using fall protection PPE
• Be aware of the overall operational health of the plant and plan for necessary repairs, maintenance, and upkeep
• Utilize tools, torches, and welding equipment
• Demonstrate problem-solving and field engineering
• Ability to follow directions
• Perform additional job duties as assigned

• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary
• Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time
• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures, as well as all company policies
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
• Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High school education or five years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education or experience.
