Office/Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-orientedOffice/Sales Managerto lead our front office operations and drive sales excellence. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee administrative processes, manage the showroom, and provide strategic leadership to our front office/sales staff, overseeing the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:Lead and mentor the inside sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.Collaborate with team to showcase our countertop products effectively in the showroom, ensure excellent customer education, provide timely project quoting, and ensure thorough project management.
Front Office Management:Ensure timely project facilitation by working with and overseeing our post field measure facilitation specialists (expediting professionals).Supervise field service (measuring/installation) scheduling department. Manage job calendars, time cards, time off requests, and employee call offs.Provide support/backup to all teams as needed.
Customer Experience Enhancement:Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.Coordinate and collaborate with installation teams to achieve customer satisfaction on all jobs.
Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics as needed.
Budget Oversight:Manage departmental expenses within budgetary guidelines.Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and revenue.
Staff Development:Provide training and support to all team members.Foster a collaborative work environment.
