Location: This role is full-time onsite in Boulder, Colorado.

The Engineering Manager position is part of the Colorado Campus Operations Manufacturing Team and will lead a team of engineers responsible for capital and project execution for the campus. In the role, you will lead people to execute at their potential while also building relationships across the business to get the right work done by the right part of the business. The Engineering Manager is expected to have experience as a people leader as well as the appropriate technical background in manufacturing and or process engineering.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

•The role is responsible for planning, directing, and executing all aspects of the campus' capital strategy and implementation.
•Establish a mutually beneficial working relationship with GOSC and OU groups to ensure accountability for project deliverables.
•Provide direction and leadership to them team working on engineering projects
•Motivate, encourage and develop team members
•Set team priority and adhere to the plants' execution plans to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives
•Manages and reports on project status and budgets; leads the team to manage schedules and prepares status reports for Site Leadership and Executive Management updates
•Oversees and manages the operational impact aspects of projects and serves as the voice between project management and manufacturing operations
•Facilities capital project planning and execution
•As necessary, leadership of technical disciplines such as fixture design and drafting

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing/project management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing/project management experience

Nice to Have
•Experience establishing project management governance between multiple business stakeholders
•Leadership of facilities day to day operations and upkeep
•Demonstrated collaboration within a matrix business environment
•Manufacturing project management experience
