Location: 1428 County Road 930, Mexia, TX 76667

We are looking 1st Shift, Machine Operators to join our Mexia, TX Team (internally called Mill Operators)! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:45am-5:30pm, with occasional overtime

Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr. and up, based on experience

Machine Operator Core Contributions:

Safety & Team Coordination:

• Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
• Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
• Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

• Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
• Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

• Participate in regular training sessions
• Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
• Must be able to safely drive a forklift
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
