Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is ($23/hr - $25/hr). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Shift Hours:
1st Shift:6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift:2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift:10:00pm - 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high quality products and services for our customers
• You will assemble and solder circuit card assemblies (CCAs) to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers
• You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area
• You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements
• Will be required to complete formal J Std solder training
• Relies on work instructions and pre-established processes to perform the functions of the job
• Reports to a supervisor with direction from a workflow specialist
• Demonstrated ability to understand and follow written directions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 6-month min hand soldering or process equipment experience
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of CCA build required
• Ability to analyze information and concepts
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• Ability to identify key details
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity and the ability to work under a microscope.
• Creative thinking and idea generation
• High School Diploma or GED
• English fluency - speaking, reading, writing
WE VALUE
  • Technical Degree (Not required) or Technical background.
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
  • Experience using precision hand tools and assembly while working under a microscope
  • Cleanroom or electrostatic discharge device experience
  • Computer literacy
