The Avionics industry is entering into a newexciting age of Urban Air Mobility and Autonomous Flight. Be part of a teamthat will lead the way in this market by developing new compact and lightweightNext Generation Traffic and Surveillance avionics that will be used on a widevariety of aircraft platforms, from Air Transport and Business Jets toUAM/UAS. You will help create breakthrough innovations that will ensureHoneywell's leadership position. You will take a technical leadership role increating system solutions for the TCAS and Transponder Product Team that willmeet the long-term evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership forsystems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle; fromthe front end of business development through product end of life. You willwork across disciplines within the Electronic Systems business to drive growthand reach critical business milestones.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience with Avionics equipment

WE VALUE
• Experience with providing technicalleadership of cross-functional design teams consisting of Systems, Software,Hardware and Test engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of TCAS andTransponder products and development lifecycle
• Experience with the FAA certificationprocess for avionics
• Experience in working with aircraftmanufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc
• Experience with Agile developmentprocesses
• Experience in working with industry teamsto define ARINC and RTCA MOPS specifications
• Individuals that quickly analyze,incorporate and apply new information and concepts
• Leadership of diverse and global teams
• Expert with systems developmentprocesses
• Individuals who are self-motivated andable to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative toget things done
• Ability to adapt dictated by projectchanges
• Multi-tasking and has the ability tomanage a variety of complicated tasks and people
• Making autonomous decisions
• Significant engineering experience
