Compensation range for this role is: $55,000 - $60,000.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a quarterly incentive bonus.

As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will oversee our delivery operations and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Review delivery schedules and routes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.


• Utilize route optimization software or tools to minimize fuel costs, reduce delivery times, and improve overall productivity.


• Track the progress of deliveries in real-time through GPS or tracking systems.


• Address any issues or disruptions that arise during the delivery process, such as vehicle breakdowns, driver delays, or package damage.


• Analyze performance metrics like on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.


• Conduct regular meetings or check-ins with delivery teams to communicate goals, address concerns.

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role


• Experience with Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

• Ability to travel extensively within the state, visiting various locations approximately 80% of the time.


• Proven experience in delivery operations management in a 3PL setting or a similar role.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in route optimization software and GPS tracking systems.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development
