The historic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Spa Front Desk Attendant to join their amazing Spa Team!

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this luxurious resort reopened in 2021 after undergoing a $70 million renovation . The gorgeous 39-acre property has 707 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Typically, 8AM to 4PM or 11:00 am-7:00p m depending on business needs. Availability to work weekends and holidays required.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Front Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all our spa guests. You willschedulespa appointments, checkin and out guests, and assistwith retail sales.

• Greet and welcome arriving guests.
• Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
• Make appointments.
• Handle spa billing.
• Assist retail sales.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities .
